All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

This website is owned and operated by Coobeh Pty Ltd. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

Coobeh may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars including GST.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Coobeh will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Coobeh reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Coobeh will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Coobeh will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Coobeh will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Coobeh is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Delivery Policy

 

  • We only deliver within Perth metro area, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Delivery is via third party courier or by Coobeh staff.

  • It is our company policy that we do not deliver other than to a clearly identifiable address.

  • Delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been delivered.

  • Ground floor delivery only. Charges will apply for deliveries required above ground floor using stairs or lifts.

  • We will contact you to arrange a time for delivery.

  • An authorised person is required to attend the delivery address to receive the goods. 

  • The delivery vehicles can be large. Please check that they can gain safe and ample access to or immediately adjacent to the delivery address.

  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been delivered.

  • Delivery charges outside metro area are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

  • We will send you a separate quotation for delivery and installation after the order has been made.

  • All deliveries are made weekdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

  • Coobeh will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. 

Payment options

 

Once you have make an order, we will send you an invoice with our bank account. You can transfer the amount to our bank account. Once we have received the payment, we will start your job.

Note: goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. 

 

Coobeh does not accept card or Cash payments.
